Delivery, returns and refunds
Everything you need to know about how your Beyond SIBO order is shipped, and what happens if something needs to be returned.
Free shipping within Europe
Shipping is free on all orders within the EU. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Expected delivery is 5–10 working days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
On receipt
Please inspect your test kit immediately upon arrival. Check the contents and the expiry date, and store the kit as described in the included instructions until you are ready to use it.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal on unopened products. This right expires as soon as a health-related test kit is opened, a sample is collected or sent, or a consultation has taken place.
No refunds in these cases
No refunds are granted once a test kit has been opened, a sample collected or shipped, laboratory processing has started, a report has been issued, or a consultation has been delivered.
Delivery times
All delivery times are estimates. Beyond SIBO is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, postal services or force majeure. If your parcel has not arrived within 15 working days, please contact us so we can investigate together with the carrier.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders within the European Union. For destinations outside the EU, the customer remains responsible for any local VAT, customs duties or import taxes.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.
Returns procedure
For eligible returns, please contact support@beyondsibo.eu before sending anything back. We will share the return address and a reference number. Returns sent without prior notice cannot be processed.
Consultations
Consultation appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Reports already issued and consultations already delivered cannot be refunded.
